Board Orders

Electronic copies of these archived records delivered by electronic mail, shall be calculated at $ .10 per page; the minimum charge shall be $5.00. A $16.00 per hour fee shall be charged for labor in excess of one-half hour for searching and copying documents or retrieving and copying information stored electronically. The Board shall not require payment if the fee is less than $5 total.
