Session Function Report
This report must be filed by the sponsor of a function held during the regular legislative session when all 150 legislators are invited. All state and local government personnel may attend the function and the $3.00 gift law does not apply. The function report must be filed with the legislative branch within 28 days of the function. See Iowa Code section 68B.22(4)"s." This report must be filed electronically with the General Assembly and the General Assembly provides the Board with electronic notice of the filing. |
