Federal Personal Financial Statements
Under Title I of the Ethics in Government Act of 1978, candidates for federal office must file disclosures of their personal finances. The Board receives copies of personal financial statements filed by Members and candidates from the Secretary of the U.S. Senate and the Clerk of the U.S. House of Representatives.
