Federal Personal Financial Statements

 

Under Title I of the Ethics in Government Act of 1978, candidates for federal office must file disclosures of their personal finances. The Board receives copies of personal financial statements filed by Members and candidates from the Secretary of the U.S. Senate and the Clerk of the U.S. House of Representatives.

 

On September 30, 2012, the Office of the Secretary of the United States Senate began putting public financial records online.  The website is

http://www.pfd.senate.gov

We will no longer scan and post records filed after that date.
