Storm and Flood Information
Message from Attorney General Tom Miller:
As Iowans clean up and rebuild from devastating floods, they should know that this office and the laws we enforce are behind them as they try to recover. Iowa’s consumer protection laws are designed to protect storm victims from being victimized again by those who try to take advantage of Iowans who are dealing with disasters.
As always, Iowans come together in a time of need, and this office is there as well. We hope the information below will be helpful for Iowa flood victims, and we hope Iowans with questions or consumer complaints will contact this office
