10	This would allow licensees to choose between two different continuing education cycles on their renewal rather than the current one.  Licensees who cannot satisfy the December 31 deadline, however, will now have a path to be eligible for renewal by satisfying the 120 hour requirement within 36 months preceding a timely renewal application.	12/19/2012	2/13/13
