A new edition of USPAP went into effect January 1, 2012. If you have not taken the 2012-2013 USPAP update it does NOT negate your responsibility to comply with the changes.

Online License Search/Verification

Iowa reports to the ASC registry on the first working day of each month. The ASC reports your current status to the FHA roster, the State of Iowa does not. If you are certified and do FHA appraisals, and you renew your Iowa license from June 1 – June 30 your Iowa renewal will not be reported until after your FHA renewal deadline has passed. Our Board office has no control over the timing of this process.
