Comity applicants will need 3 copies of the reference form.

PLS examination applicants
will need 5 copies of the reference form.

Surveyor Intern Reference (PDF, page 8)

FLS examination applicants with an experience requirement
will need 3 copies of the Intern reference form. (Applicants with
an ABET/EAC or CEAB accredited engineering or surveying and mapping
degree with at least six semester hours of surveying or mapping
do not have an experience requirement and do not need to provide
references. Applicants with a non-ABET/EAC four-year surveying and
mapping degree must submit only one reference.)
