IMPORTANT INFORMATION ON REPORTING CONTINUING EDUCATION! At this time there is an error on the on-line program that does not yet recognize the new rule that allows up to 24 hours (instead of 18) of the required 36 hours to renew active to be home study/correspondence. If you are going to report more than 18 hours in home study/correspondence please contact our Licensing Specialist, Dana, at 515-281-7393 for instructions.
Please note:
1. If you fail to renew your real estate license by December 31, 2009, you can not continue to practice beyond that date.
2. Paper renewals will NOT be mailed. Instead you will receive a flyer as a reminder it is time to renew the license.
3. If you elect not to renew online, you may download the renewal form in PDF format and print a regular paper form. Download Renewal Form to print HERE. (You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to open and print the form, if you do not have it, get it free HERE)
