The meeting was
called to order at 9:06 a.m. by Chair Hughes.

Daniels mentioned the
availability of more classes for real estate licensees to learn to
Spanish.
STAFF
REPORTS
Griffel reported
the administrative rules changing continuing education requirements are
done and will be on the agenda for consideration at the next meeting.
Batts reported
more complaints have been filed so far this year than the same time
period last year. He added that as time allows, he plans to go out on
complaint investigations and may occasionally go with Evans to conduct
compliance audits.
Batts reported on
behalf of Malek that 50 Errors & Omissions Insurance and 50 Continuing
Education compliance audits are being initiated each month.
Hansen complimented support staff for jobs well done and noted how well
everyone works together.

McLaughlin reported on
legislation the Association is sponsoring and legislation of interest
that they are watching.

Dawley moved,
seconded by Marple, to close the following cases: 06-207 and 06-081.
Motion carried unanimously.
Dawley moved, seconded by Marple, to
deny the application on cases: 06-235 and 07-002. Motion carried
unanimously.
Dawley moved, seconded by Berry to find
probable cause on the following cases: 07-013; 07-017; 07-023; 07-029;
A07-001; 07-032; 06-224; 06-243;
07-008 and 07-044. Motion carried unanimously.
Dawley moved, seconded by Berry, to
close the following cases: 06-005;
06-239; 06-240; 06-242; 07-004; 07-034; 07-005; 07-006; and 07-031.
Motion carried unanimously.
Dawley moved, seconded by Berry to
grant license for case 07-010. Motion carried unanimously.
Dawley moved,
seconded by Marple to dismiss cases: 06-216; 06-217; 06-218; 06-222;
06-223 and 06-228. Motion carried unanimously.
