Effective January 18, 2011, the offices of the Iowa Utilities Board are located at 1375 E. Court Avenue, Room 69, Des Moines, Iowa 50319-0069.
Office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. The office is closed Saturdays, Sundays, and official state holidays.
