Consumer Information is the responsibility of the Customer Service Section which is divided into customer complaints and inquiries and public information. Analysts in the customer inquiry section respond to public telephone, email, and written correspondence about utility activities and complaints about service. The analysts also work with the Energy and Telecommunications Sections on tariffs, rate cases, and other issues with a consumer interest.  The public information section includes consumer education programs, consumer information brochures and other activities to increase public awareness of energy and telecommunications issues.
