Legal Assistance

As required under the Older Americans Act, the Iowa Department on Aging has a Legal Assistance Developer to develop & coordinate a legal assistance program and to secure and maintain the legal rights of older Iowans. The legal assistance program is implemented in collaboration with the thirteen area agencies on aging and legal providers across the state, including the Legal Hotline for Older Iowans.

Legal Advisories
