| WHAT IS DSCI? ~ DSCI is a state agency located in the Iowa Department of Rights. ~ Established in 1975. ~ Reorganized to become a commission in 1986. ~ 7 member commission is appointed by the Governor to oversee activities of the program and to establish policies. ~ Dedicated to planning, coordinating & providing services to its primary customers, Deaf and Hard of Hearing people in Iowa. |
