DR-1 Statement of Organization
An initial Statement of Organization must be filed within 10 days of the committee accepting contributions, making expenditures, or incurring indebtedness in excess of $750. An amended DR-1 must be filed within 30 days of any changes to this information. A candidate with an existing campaign committee that crosses the $750 threshold for a different office must file a new or amended DR-1 within 10 days disclosing information for the campaign for the new office. |
