Registration
Law enforcement officers and regulatory agency representatives seeking information from the PMP must first register using the provided form prior to submitting their request. This form must be signed by both the registrant and their supervisor.
Submitting a Request
Law enforcement officers and regulatory agencies may request information from the PMP related to a specific investigation of a specific individual and supported by a determination of probable cause by using the "Submit Request" form. This request must be accompanied by an order, subpoena, or other form of legal compulsion establishing that the request is supported by a determination of probable cause.
